You may need to request transcripts for a variety of reasons throughout your academic journey and beyond. If you need an official transcript, UW-Eau Claire has retained Parchment to accept online transcript orders. Depending on whether you're a Current Student or an Alumni/Former Student, the process is slightly different.  Please choose a link below for the appropriate information.

Current Students Request Official or Unofficial Transcripts

If you need to view or print off an unofficial transcript, you can do so for free through CampS. For current students, the process to request unofficial and official transcripts is accessible in CampS. UW-Eau Claire has retained Parchment to accept transcript orders online. Processing and Transcript Charges

• Standard Service - Deliver to Recipient -- $10.00 Per Transcript
• Standard Service - Pick Up -- $10.00 Per Transcript
• Unofficial Transcript - Deliver to Student -- $2.00 Per Transcript

Electronic Delivery Charges

• PDF Delivered to College/University -- $2.00 Less Per Transcript
• PDF Transcript Downloaded by Third-Party Recipient -- $2.00 Less Per Transcript

Printed Delivery Charges

• 1st Class Mail -- $0.00 Per Transcript
• Domestic Federal Express to main 48 states -- $23.00 Additional Per Recipient
• Domestic Federal Express to Alaska or Hawaii -- $30.00 Additional Per Recipient
• International Federal Express -- $53.00 Additional Per Recipient

Handling and Surcharges

• Handling Charge for Internet Orders -- No Charge 
• Additional Surcharge for Operator-Entered Orders -- $15.00 Additional Per Order

Note: If you are sending an official transcript to a department within UW-Eau Claire, please contact the Blugold Central before submitting your request.
